Nikki began her career in live television, co-anchoring Manchester's breakfast programme where local sport was part of everyday broadcasting. A proud Mancunian and lifelong Manchester City fan, she has always loved the people and stories behind sport just as much as the action itself.
Since then she has hosted VIP sporting conversations including An Evening with Gary Neville for Allianz, motorsport events from pit lanes and live stages, sports awards, adidas product launches at parkruns across the UK and interviews with athletes and Paralympians ahead of Paris 2024.
Six series backstage on Strictly Come Dancing sharpened the same instinct: bring character, have a laugh, ask the question people really want answered and make the conversation feel like two old mates talking.
