I have been a live broadcaster for over twenty years, starting as co-anchor of a live magazine show in Manchester covering sport, entertainment, topical news and celebrity interviews.
That foundation, natural, personality-driven and technically precise, is what has made me a trusted choice for global summits, live action broadcasts and high-profile events where energy, presence and the ability to read a room are everything.
For six years I was the presenter for BBC's Strictly Come Dancing, the UK's biggest entertainment show, where sports personalities, athletes, entertainers and public figures were taken completely out of their comfort zone.
My job was to find the human story in those moments of vulnerability, pressure and raw emotion, before the cameras rolled and after the result came in.
First and foremost I am a presenter. These days I work across global stages, live broadcasts and major events, but that same instinct for drawing out the real person behind the performance never left.
When the people I worked with started asking me to help them tell their own stories, the two worlds collided. That's where Origin was born.
